Nexora Labs ("we", "our", or "us") operates Nexora Player (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how Nexora Player accesses, uses, stores, and handles information when you use the App.
Nexora Player is a video player designed to play video files stored on your Android device.
To provide its core functionality, the App may access video and media files on your device when you grant the required Android permissions or select media through the Android system media picker.
The videos and media files accessed by Nexora Player are used solely to provide video playback and related player functionality.
Nexora Player does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, phone number, or email address to use the App.
We do not operate a server that stores or uploads your personal video files.
Nexora Player uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google, to display advertisements.
Google AdMob may collect or use certain information, such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location information, and information relating to advertising interactions, in accordance with Google's policies and applicable laws.
Advertising information may be used to provide, measure, personalize, and improve advertisements, depending on applicable settings, consent, and regional requirements.

Nexora Player uses the following third-party service:
Google AdMob — used to display advertisements in the App.
Third-party services may independently process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Nexora Player accesses video and media files on your device to allow you to browse and play your media.
Your video files remain on your device and are not uploaded to Nexora Labs servers by the App.
Nexora Player does not sell, rent, or share your personal video files with third parties.
Nexora Player does not maintain cloud storage for your personal video files.
Media files remain under your control on your device. The App does not upload your videos to Nexora Labs servers.
Information processed by third-party advertising services is subject to those services' respective policies and retention practices.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. Since your personal video files remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers, Nexora Labs does not maintain copies of your personal videos on its servers.
Third-party services used by the App may apply their own security measures to information they process.
Nexora Player is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
You can control the permissions granted to Nexora Player through your Android device settings.
You may also choose which media files to provide to the App where Android's media picker is available.
You may also control certain advertising preferences through your Android device and Google's available advertising settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
